939 spectator/SCP mute

please for the love of god let us mute 939's lines as spectator or scp. I hate hearing "kill me daddy" spammed 500 times without cooldown when I'm just trying to follow my team or watch the scp team play. it's even more egregious when clicking "mute alive players" mutes everyone BUT 939
