Feeder City Assistance

So, I read the Feeder Guide in the Wiki, but I’m still confused about how to set up a feeder. My main device is IOS, and I would like to use an Android device for my feeder. First off, is this possible? Secondly, if so, how do I set my Android device up to be a feeder? Sorry if the info is in the Wiki, I just can’t seem to get it to work. Thanks.
