Phone thinks it's a company phone?

Help, when I want to upload items from my gallery most sites don't show all my gallery folders by default and I have a 'switch to work' button which gets me the message blocked by your admin. It's not a company phone and no work profile has been set up. If I go to Device Admin Apps in settings there are none active.
