ROTH ITA Investment Recommendations for a 30 yo.

Hello everyone, I'm new to the Roth IRA, but I've done some research lately on stocks to invest. I'm thinking more on the safe end of things as well as the long run. Is there any seasoned professionals out here who're kindly able to provide insight or investment advice. I've been looking at VOO, SCHD, and QQQ with majority of investments into VOO. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated, if not still have a good day.
