Xiaomi x20+ using floor soap

Hello everyone, I've just ordered a Xiaomi x20+ and I'm looking forward to having some work done around the house soon. Now I have read that you are not allowed to fill cleaning agents into the tank. Has anyone done it anyway & can tell me about their experiences?
