Quick Question - Riven Banned

Somewhat of a follow-up to my last post where i ahd a couple of questions as a beginner, but have been running into this recently where im getting target banned, and my Yasuo top, in fairness, is not solid enough to take to ranked. With that being said, who can I pick that is similar to riven / has similar scaling / has similar goals in a game?
