Anyone else skip Prologues 👀

Just curious if I was the only reader who skips out on prologues when they get into a new book if it’s a flash from the past or a prophecy vibe for example.

I dunno but I used to read them and it either turned me off from a book without a fair shot or it made me figure out what was about to happen. I like to dive into whatever present place our FMC is in and know what she knows otherwise I find myself getting annoyed that she doesn’t know what I know because obviously we didn’t experience the prologue together.

Anyways curious if anyone else does this since none of my reading friends do and think it’s odd that I do 😂
