Not falling in love with them

After reading a lot about rw shoes on Reddit, I was very impressed and so I ordered the shoes to try on. I would have liked the look of the shoes. They are certainly of the highest quality in terms of craftsmanship, but for the money I don't want to make any compromises and so I will have to keep looking for shoes with a pointed tip... they Look a bit too bulky for me. The biggest problem is that I am not aware of when I want to use the shoes and what they are supposed to be used for. Since I mostly walk around in shorts in the summer, the shoes would probably only be used in spring and autumn and compared to that, the price is probably a bit high. An analogy: A Porsche may be a very good car, but if I don't need a car, the Porsche is of no use to me. It may be that in a few years or when I try on a different shoe, I will go back to the Red Wing, but I am not at that point yet. Unfortunately, Meermin seems to have serious problems with quality control and Skolyx probably best meet my visual requirements, but the color of the leather is generally too dark for me.
