Is anyone else horrified of other people when playing RDO or am I just insane

Maybe it's just because I'm a pansy little loser but I always get super awkward and tense when I see another player in RDO. Even if they're super friendly toward me I just kinda awkwardly stare at them and emote back

I have no idea what's wrong with me but seeing a stranger of whom is also playing the game just activates my fight or flight response for some reason (i usually run away lol). I'm only like this in RDO. is something actually wrong with my brain or do yall deal with this too
