Virtual Tour Pricing - How do you charge?

Quick question for any real estate agents or photographers in the Greater Toronto Area. I’ve been doing real estate photography for a little over six months now, and I recently started offering Virtual Tours using Matterport.

I’m trying to get a better sense of pricing for virtual tour services, especially since I know rates can vary based on the home’s size. If any experienced photographers could share some tips or guidance on setting a fair baseline, I’d really appreciate it!
