Any insight on this one?

I was perfect still for this reading and felt when it changed. Went back to normal a few minutes after this.

I have had a 30 day monitor in the past. But I never heard anything about it so I guess it was fine. Doctors always tell me I’m fine despite not feeling fine lol

I have POTS for context. 28 male.

I have more weird ECGs, but this one is the that worries me the most.
