Frost in slide out corners TT

Anyone else have this issue in cold climates? Granted it was in the negatives the last 2 days. Prior to the negative temps it's just condensation that was the battle. Im wondering if anyone has solutions. I have a dehumidifier that runs as needed. Humidity stays in the 40s mostly. Trailer is skirted. Could be a seal issue on the exterior where trim is mounted?
