Should I upgrade to Quest 3 or 3s?

I have had the Quest 2 for a good 3-4 years now and as much as I like it I really am interested in the Quest 3. I just don’t know if it’s worth putting down another 300-500 dollars for another VR headset. And if I do should I buy the 3s or the 3?
