Lopesan, Hard Rock or 3rd option?

As the title suggests, girlfriend and I (late 20s) looking to spend a fun and relaxing week end of January and feel there are too many options to pick from for staying. Definitely want a resort and having a hard time trusting YouTube reviews and google reviews. Anyone have good experiences at either or recommend another option?
