Focal Therapy with Multiple Lesions

I have two lesions, one in the right peripheral zone (3 + 3) and the other in left lateral peripheral (3 + 4). I am leaning toward radiation with ADT but I also was trying to get options for focal therapy. The radiation oncologist, whom I trust, was telling me that focal therapy may not be an option with two lesions, but he would support any decision I make.

I am still waiting for an appt to discuss focal therapy, but I, again, thinking of just doing radiation. So, I am seeking any experiences and advice on focal therapy with multiple lesions. Thanks!
