- Charge touched up more to reduce desync and slow downs
- Charge now uses IAS breakpoints properly
- Holy Sword removed from scepters (planned to be reverted)
- Holy Sword works as a pre-buff, and will persist without an effect when not using a two-handed sword
- Energy Shield persists after 0 mana
- Energy Shield on items absorb efficiencies and persistence fixed
- Blades of Ice charges 2/3 changed
- Charge 2 into a Baal cold wave type of attack (has a 25% chance to knockback)
- Charge 3 changed into an attack that sends out barrages of icicles around the assassin
- Lightning Enchanted bolts possibly fixed to reduce/prevent chance of invisible bolts
- Bleed/poison damage debuffs stacks individually per character/summon/merc
- Open Wounds range penalty removed
- Act 3 mercenaries no longer able to use daggers
- Decoupled sound, music, and menu music volume sliders
- Volume sliders adjusted to 1% increments from 5%
- Single player stat commands and achievement auras fixed

command to force/prefer which act you log in to (0 = clear, 1-5 = Act X)- Horazon map event limits the natural resistances of monsters within the created map preventing them from being naturally immune - high resistance champion/unique monsters can still become immune from things such as "fire enchanted"
- Fixed a bug causing Desecrate to prevent mobs from spawning in maps
- Added new "Chance to cast on block" affix
- Dragonscale reworked
- New unique shield Twilight's Reflection Hyperion (Level Requirement TBD)
- New unique gloves Titan's Grip Bramble Mitts (Level Requirement TBD)
