Not able to eat during pregnancy

Hey guys I’m feeling really worried about my baby I’m 13 weeks and the past 4 days I’ve been experiencing the WORSE heart burn in my life It’s been making me throw up constantly non stop, with a horrible pain in my chest and I haven’t eaten in 3-4 days and I keep getting dehydrated what should I do ?? My gp has no appointments I was already in the hospital on Friday so they could hydrate me but I’m still not eating it’s like my body is rejecting food ? Any advice or support would be great
