Is this a bad deal for $2700 after tax?

I currently have an rtx 3060 with a Ryzen 5 5600x and play 1080p. I would like to move up to 1440p and at least 144hz. I’ve heard the 4070 ti super is a fantastic value card and the 9800x3D as well. Thoughts?
