HSIL again after LEEP

Does anyone else have experience with this? I had a LEEP procedure 4 months ago and they told me the margins were clear but I just had a Pap smear done which came back with HSIL….

I never saw the LEEP report and am wondering if my gynecologist lied to me because this seems highly unusual
