Thinking of buying a 2011 Base Cayman

Under 60k miles. My estimation is that I am likely to encounter $8,000 - $15,000 in maintenance and repair over the next 40k miles.

Any recommendations for or against? Or cautions I should be aware of?

And finally, is it worth it? Really excited to be considering this. All feedback is appreciated.

Edit: I made an offer that aligns with, or is even a bit over what KBB, AutoTrader, and Edmunds suggest. Still, the seller says they are all undervaluing a car with such a limited inventory and that recent sales suggest he is at the right price. I really want it, but I am not ready to pay that much over the value recommendations I see. I hope I'm not making a mistake.
