Starting collectors card Shining Celebi
Hi, all looking to get into this hobby. I will soon be getting a nice bonus payout from work and wanted to buy my first collector card. I really like the neo destiny shining celebi and looking at some PSA 9s on EBAY. Curious what you all think about those? I want aim for quality and potential appreciation. PSA 10 is too expensive for me. Besides PSA grade, anything else I should look for? I’m looking at a first edition I guess if that’s what you all recommend. Apologies as I know the picture is PSA 10.
