We need to move our PLU to MetaMask?

Am I reading it right that to continue CRY(ing) we now need to move internal / available PLU to a connected external wallet like MetaMask and we need to do that before 20 Feb? Plus, internal PLU won’t now count towards your reward levels so you might end up getting downgraded if you don’t withdraw? That’s how I read it…but given the issues with withdrawals I’m wondering if I’ve missed something. Plus, to withdraw my accrued PLU I have to pay 233 pounds ie dynamic fee and that withdrawal might be declined and could take 30 days?
