Help? Torn between sizing of my breast augmentation and would love a similar recommendation.

I’m currently a small B my bra for reference is a 34B I’m 5’7 and 140lbs. I’m also getting a lift all my tissue is bottom based. I went for my pre op appointment and when they put the silicone in the bra I felt 450cc was too big and 350 was too small so I thought 400 would be a sweet spot but then going back and forth I think 450cc is good because I’ve seen a pattern of everyone regretting not going bigger. I am a boob lover and love big breasts on woman and myself but I just don’t want to be bimbo looking you know?

I’ve always wanted this I just don’t want to regret going too big. Anyone with my height and weight for reference? I tried to look online for anything that has detailed before and after but mostly just pictures no details.
