What's happening to my plants?

My plants seem to be disappearing. I cleaned the grit out a few nights ago and now this is happening. Plants are well fertilised, established tank had these plants for ages and never had an issue. Live in a tank with a betta 5 corys and assassins snails. Also photobomb of Blaze the betta
