WASD keys moving super slow suddenly?

Whenever I use the WASD keys to move about it moves ridiculously slow. When I zoom in it gets a bit faster but I can't move across my zoo without clicking a barrier while zoomed out and clicking edit to drag myself over.

Anyone knows what's up? I've combed through settings and couldn't find anything. Restarted game. Restarted computer. Nothing.. super annoying
