I'm broke but like statistics, help.

So, i don't got $60 to spend on games like spider-man 2 and like wise. But i like achivemnts, hours played, and stuff like that, that steam calculates, is there a way steam can calculate the info on pirated games?

(I know its a weird issue, but i like data)
