"Setup" won't launch for DODI repack SM2

Hello, pirates! I have seen the buzz about Spider-Man, but I have been hitting some issues on step one: launching setup. I have pirated games for awhile, but, for some reason, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong for DODI. I have turned off virus protection, have restored missing files, redownload, changed DPI, but I have had no luck. Does anyone know of a solution I haven't considered? I really want to play, but I can't even get the game to start downloading
