Losing motivation.
41 years old, 6ft 1, 186 pounds this morning.
I have pectus excavatum (concaved chest) my chest finally looks flat after 3 years of lifting.
I meticulously eat at least 180 grams of protein a day. Sometimes, i look in the mirror and my arms / delts look fantastic. From the reqr, im satisfied sith my traps.Others they look like thin noodles. All that, while annoying, is fine. My legs, are small but growing as expected.
Why do I still look like I don’t lift with my shirt off? Its getting really demotivating. I just want to look like I lift.
Ive had my testosterone tested, its in the 900s. Just hoping for motivation or ideas.
