Pricing info for MAAS update

Hello. I reached out to MAAS and they got back to me on Jan 2nd with this email about pricing. I figured I post their response and brochure here because MAAS is usually recommended to folks who are interested in things like, diy/more control over other vendors and planning, small backyard feel, and affordability.

$7,000 for just the venue isn't as insane as other prices I've seen, but they are raising by $500 for 2026 couples. It'll probably price out anybody trying to stay under 10k.

"All weddings at Maas are hosted as all-day events in which you’d have access to the entire space (including the Cottage, where you can get ready) from 11am through to midnight for you and up to 100 guests. This is fantastic for giving you plenty of time to set up, decorate, take photos - and most importantly, relax and enjoy the day.  We’re very flexible on how you use the space within this timeframe and the vendors/outside services you bring in, so you’re able to build the ideal flow for you.

Here’s a link to our Wedding Brochure, which gives you details of our various packages - prices will rise a little next year, by $500. The packages are designed to give you exactly the level of support you need in creating your perfect day, so it would be totally fine for you to do the decor yourself. Included in all of our packages are our full, in-house inventory of tables and chairs (we have 100 chairs, and 20+ tables of various dimensions). We don’t have an in-house caterer, so you’d be welcome to work with whoever you like and I do have a list of recommended Preferred Caterers too… wood-fired pizza oven caterers included!

For parking: it’s street parking only I’m afraid, but truthfully we don’t find it to be a problem. The big majority of wedding guests don’t drive - most will Lyft/Uber, or come via shuttle. We very rarely get more than about 5/6 cars needing parking (even for the bigger weddings) and on weekends there tends to be a pretty good amount of open spots, particularly around Ludlow School on our Randolph Street side."
