Ghost Photo question

So i got a 2 star photo of a ghost. I got to a better looking one in a panic moment, which (obviously) gave no stars.

Now If i delete the first 2 star one, will the photo i took after will then count as a ghost photo? Or will it still remain an unnamed photo even if the first one was deleted?

Just wondering if you can get a better one, or if youre stuck with the first og one you got.
