Post-workout drink

Hi cutie petitee girlies , what post-workout drink do you swear by?

I used to follow up my workout (typically a 15-20 min run followed by a 45 min resistance training session) with a homemade celery spinach smoothie in the summer. It doesnt go down smooth for me though (feels too heavy). I am also not a fan of heavy nut milk based drinks. Also I don't like anything TOO cold in the winter. Sigh I am picky.

Any ideas for low calorie,YUMMY Tasting yet replenishing post workout drinks? Or supplements to add to them?
