Anyone tried the Avene Cicalfate Serum?

Even though I’m seeing improvement using Avene Cilcalfate + and Rozex(metro) twice a day, I’m still getting new bumps. I’ve been using the products for over a month. I’ve been thinking of adding the Cicalfate Serum to supplement the routine mentioned above. Has anyone tried it? I can’t figure out if the ingredients is PD safe. Azelaic acid does not work for me, and Doxycycline is not an option due to pregnancy.
