Do you consider Etat Libre d’Orange successful as a house?

I have my own thoughts, but I will reserve them for now because I want to hear what everyone else thinks.

Would you consider them successful, failing or somewhere in the middle? Please feel free to assign a grade if you think that’s helpful but I’m more interested in your reasoning on this.
