How do I get these political scam text messages to end?

The instant I registered to vote in PA, I started getting tons of spammy texts from different political organizations asking me to donate to the campaign fund of the candidate from the party I indicated I would vote for. Now the election is over, and I am STILL getting these messages asking me to sign this petition or donate to this fund. It's insane, it's literally half a dozen a day. They're always from a new number so I can't just unsubscribe from all of them. I can't be the only one dealing with this. Any help?
