Tornado of Elemental Turbulence Ascendancy ideas?

I love Tornado as a skill and I'd love to play it with the new ascendancies but I can't really decide which one would fit. My goal would be a somewhat HC viable build, I don't know if im going to start HC yet but I hate dying anyways, tankyness would be prefered for me. Also I want to swap to it asap, mageblood and other really high end items are out of the questions for now. The three options I had in mind was Scavenger, Bog Shaman or maybe Aristocrat?

Scavenger would be pretty good overall, I can get tanky from cloak, I can decide between clear/dmg with Obliteration/Void battery/Lantern but the last point is kinda tricky. The only real damage option would be leaderships price but balancing the attributes is going to be hard. Bonus for Scavenger would be that I can flex forbidden jewels depending on what I need later on.

Bog Shaman was the second option I thought about, Life stacking with rathpith would be a decent scaling option which makes me tanky as well. Don't really know how good the scaling is going to be though and I struggle sqeeze out damage from this variant.

Aristocrat would be another option, the main arguement being the 15 bonus qual, which would be a nice qol but I'd have to go strength/life stacking as well I think, which I don't know if it's gonna be viable since my tree pathing would be awkward as well.

Does anyone else have some ideas for me? I came up with this (really unoptimized) PoB with loadouts for each of my options.
