My Technology Point Farming Method

This is going to depend on your world settings. There are 2 settings that are important.

Time to Incubate Massive Egg

My dropped items multiplier is set at 2, but you can slide it up to 3 to make this even faster. My time to Incubate Massive Egg was always set to 1 hour but I turned it down to zero for this. 1 hour is still very reasonable if you have enough incubators.

Now you're going to need to do some setting up. I have a dedicated breeding base with 3 breeding farms and 18 Electric Incubators. The number of incubators is irrelevant if your incubation time is set to zero. If the incubation time is set to 1 then the electric incubators will hatch a massive egg in 20 minutes. You're set up is probably different and your mileage may vary.

Lyleen, Lyleen Noct, and Shadowbeak have a 10% chance to drop an Innovative Tech Manual. This manual is worth 2 tech points and with my world setting the pals will always drop 2 of them.

Pick any one of those 3 pals and start breeding. Your first goal is to fill your breeding farms with pals with Philanthropist. This trait speeds up your egg laying time significantly and it stacks with both pals in the breeding farm. Optionally you can breed in the trait Nocturnal as well if you're using Lyleen. This isn't necessary for Lyleen Noct and Shadowbeak. All dark type pals are nocturnal. Start butchering all those pals. Pal Disassembly Conveyor will obviously speed up the process significantly.

Despite the 10% drop rate on the tech manuals this method was soooooo much faster for me. I tried running dungeons and farming the chests at the sanctuaries but I got Ancient Tech Manuals almost all the time. I now have an excessive amount of Tech points and will unlock everything the new update drops almost instantly.

Here's the breeding combos to get the pals without catching them. Lyleen Noct can only be found in the wild as a static alpha. I do not know if static alphas have variable genders or not. Never tested it.
