Gengar better than EX

Okay so hear me out. After playing long time with Gengar EX deck I have conclusion. Triple diamond gengar is better than his ex version. First, the retreat cost is less, and he can attack for only one energy. When if u play gengar ex first u have to pull stage 2 and then you can finally attack but for 3 energy for 100 dmg. And here u got maybe less damage but still for each attack you have his ability. With deck with mismagius you can rotate your pockemons and effect your opponent with disabling supporters plus confusion. I think that’s better and I think gengar ex should be buffed to have attack for 2 energies.
