A question for statisticians

Coincidentally on the way to make this post I just saw a meme about people arguing statistics, BUT..

For the Wonder Pick, does it increase or decrease my odds to pick the card at random versus picking the same one (top left for example) every single time?

Maybe it's a dumb question but the Monty Hall Problem still makes me question everything
