Brutal, feel like I'm going to puke. E: To clarifty I'm a federal civil servant and there is credible information that all probationary employees in my agency will be fired on Friday or Monday.

Update: On Friday the terminations were paused, a few hours later they said they would resume on Monday, but it appears it will affect less people (for now). I think it's a matter of when, not if, but in the meantime I will shore up my finances and network. Already have a few promising options.
