No loans appearing on StudentAid

Hello all! I swear on the dashboard of StudentAid my consolidated loans used to appear. I think they showed up under “My Aid”. Maybe I’m just imagining it. I’m at 116/120 and should’ve been done in Sept of 24, but not the case bc of SAVE. I’ve submitted a buyback request and completed the final paperwork for my 120 in November. And I feel like this is when I noticed it was different. Am I crazy or is this happening to anyone else? I just want to know bc I’m about to make a change to another IDR to end this nightmare but I’m then like is something going on with my requests?!
