Need Help with Merchant Center Approval for Vehicle Ads

I'm seeking assistance with getting my Merchant Center approved for vehicle ads. I've followed all the guidelines, but my feed keeps getting rejected. Additionally, how are people able to launch ads for trailers and RVs on Shopping when it seems like it's not permitted?
