UB CC email invitation

Hi! May I ask if this email invitation from Unionbank is legit? I got an email invitation today to open a CC from unionbank. The only problem is I received it from my other email which I use for my previous atm card (epay card) from my previous company. The card has been inactive a year ago. I'm already using my other email for my personal atm which did not received the email invitation. I want to open a cc since it stated that no document & application form required, no annual fee for life and has free 10,000 points.
