Spironolactone, and discoloration/scarring

Hi! I started Spironolactone a little under 6 weeks ago and I’m starting to see a little bit of improvement (thank god). But the discoloration and (seemingly) scarring makes it look like it’s still pretty bad. When I started getting the cystic acne it heavily impacted my mental health and self esteem. I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with the redness/scarring/discoloration of healing acne? I’m want to know how long it took for others to get their skin fully clear after starting spironolactone.
