Watching Highlights Crashes Game & Audio Issues

Hey guys, just need a little help.

I play on a brand new Series S and every time I try to watch one of my highlights my game crashes. It kicks me out of the game and said “client disconnected.” I’m also having audio issues mid game, it sounds like someone is repeatedly unplugging and plugging back in my headset. Tons of static and choppy audio. I bought this headset 2 weeks ago.

Is anyone else experiencing these issues and are there any known fixes??
