What happened to the mythic specific ult lines?

I swear, Sigma’s Galactic Emperor skin used to say ‘Het Universum boog voor mei’ or ‘The Universe Bows for me’ when he ulted. I swear this used to be a thing. Also Moira, didn’t she used to say ‘Surrender your soul’ when she ulted with the Ancient caller skin? When did they stop doing this?
