150 LSAT and 3.58 GPA?

I'm a late applicant, and I still plan on taking the february/april lsat.

What do you think my chances are at some of these T-100 schools? I'm thinking CUNY, Loyola Chicago, and UC San Francisco. I think my personal statement and resume is pretty good (although I'm more than happy to provide for review. I got 3 great letter of recs, but I'm wondering if it's a good idea to write either an LSAT or GPA addendum as I got diagnosed with ADHD late in 2024.
