Nontraditional - resume questions

So I’ve been out of college for 9 years -working in my field for 6 and owning my own company for 3. I have a professional resume but I also have an academic resume from undergrad which includes the 2 sessions I attended abroad and various other things. LSAC has transcripts from all schools so they will be aware of those. My undergraduate degree is not law related and none of my work experience is either. In this case, what should I include on my resume? I’m just wondering what is actually going to matter to them because both resumes are over a page long. I don’t want to include anything irrelevant but more importantly I want to highlight the things that speak to them. Thanks in advance ✨
