Please help automating my prospective purchase!

Hi guys,

I'm currently looking at purchasing a watch from Ebay from a seller in South Korea, I'm very worried about purchasing a fake as I've always purchased my watches in store.

The seller is saying all the right things and is highly rated, however I have concerns with the case lugs, from my understanding Aquis watches should come with Y shape lug head and this has standard flathead lugs installed. Apart from that, the watch looks great however I would really appreciate if you can give your thoughts on the attached pictures.
