I discovered that I have an olive undertone. HELP ME !!!!!

Like the title says, recently, I (18F) discovered that I have an olive undertone instead of a neutral one. Everytime I buy a foundation it doesn't match my neck/chest area. My face is lighter than my neck. My whole body with of course my neck and chest are more like of medium-light tan complexion but my face precisely my cheeks is more fair than those parts (though my forehead is darker than my whole face).

And everytime I put my foundation on, I look fair, I look pale more than my neck/chest whom are more of an olive skin tone (light-medium one). When I look into the mirror I see the difference. I've realized I have olive undertone because warm undertone is way too orange for my skin after oxidizing ; cool undertone, a no for me and neutral is the closest match for me but it really doesn't suit me.

So I came to a conclusion : I have actual olive undertone.

I will not show you my face because of social media and stuff like that. I want to keep privacy.

Finally, I need help. I have searched for makeup brands who have olive undertone foundation/concealer but a few of them have. The ones that have it are way expensive for me, as a student. Can you please, people of reddit, help me find a foundation brand with olive undertone but affordable ?

Thanks.
