Asus ROG PG27AQDP Switching to 360hz

Has anyone had the issue where it switches to 360hz and the only way to change it back from what I can find it to turn it off and on again?

I don't know if I'm being stupid or if this is a known thing but I can never get it to go back to 480. I have variable refresh rate disabled as well so that wouldn't be the cause.
